Project Introduction:A certain mine in Qinghai previously used a traditional cone crusher in the medium crushing stage. The material mainly consisted of high-hardness iron ore, which often resulted in uneven product granularity, severe over-crushing, and a high equipment failure rate. This not only affected the efficiency of the subsequent beneficiation process but also significantly increased maintenance costs and energy consumption, keeping the overall production costs at a high level.
During the initial selection, there were concerns about the roller surface wear of the high-pressure roller mill. However, the high-pressure roller mill from Shengshi Wuhuan uses advanced wear-resistant materials to manufacture the roller surface, which has excellent wear resistance. At the same time, its unique hydraulic system design ensures stable inter-roller pressure that can be precisely adjusted, guaranteeing the consistency of the crushing effect.
