  Project Introduction:In 2015, a certain iron ore company in Xinjiang adopted our 200kW tower mill for the second stage of grinding in their lead-zinc-copper selection plant. The first stage of the selection plant uses a high-pressure roller mill open circuit process, and the overflow particle size of the first stage ball mill with matching classifier is -200 mesh accounting for 70%, followed by lead-zinc flotation separation. After the lead-zinc separation, due to the close embedding of copper and lead, ultra-fine grinding is required using the tower mill, followed by copper-lead separation. After our technicians conducted on-site ore sample analysis and careful explanation, the customer ultimately chose the Shengshi Wuhuan WTM-200 tower mill for the ultra-fine grinding process after thoroughly understanding our products.
According to the application data from the site over the past six months; when the grinding fineness reaches -400 mesh at 92%, the flotation effect of copper and lead is better. At this fineness, the processing capacity of the 200KW tower mill can reach 22t/h, exceeding the customer's expected equipment processing capacity by 10%, and has received high praise from the customer.
