  Project Introduction:In 2016, a certain iron ore enterprise in Panzhihua, Sichuan, adopted our 90kW and 560kW tower mills for the regrinding and re-selection process of vanadium-titanium magnetite. Due to the nature of the ore being difficult to grind and select, the iron concentrate grade could only reach a maximum of 52.5%. To increase the magnetic separation iron concentrate grade to 54% to 55%, further individual dissociation using the tower mill was necessary. After multiple comparisons based on project requirements and equipment processing capacity, the customer ultimately chose the Shengshi Wuhuan WTM-560 tower mill for the regrinding and re-selection process.
With the help of our experienced on-site construction personnel, the installation and trial operation were completed 5 days ahead of schedule, and the product operated smoothly. Based on nearly a year of application feedback on-site, under the conditions of a feed particle size of -200 mesh accounting for 55%, a discharge particle size of -325 mesh passing completely, and a closed circuit with dual hydrocyclones, the iron ore grade met the requirements, and the user was very satisfied.
