Project Introduction:A certain titanium dioxide mine in Sichuan used to employ a combination of traditional cone crushers and rod mills in the mineral processing crushing stage. However, this method has many issues. Firstly, the crushing particle size of the titanium dioxide ore is difficult to control precisely, affecting the recovery rate and grade of titanium dioxide in subsequent flotation and magnetic separation processes. A large amount of unevenly sized ore enters the mineral processing flow, preventing some titanium dioxide minerals from being effectively liberated, resulting in resource waste.
After detailed market research and technical evaluation, it was decided to introduce the Shengshi Wuhuan High Pressure Roller Mill. This high pressure roller mill can handle feed sizes up to -250mm, and through its unique high-pressure layer crushing principle, it can crush titanium dioxide ore to a discharge particle size of less than -10mm, with an 80% ratio, achieving a processing capacity of 65 tons per hour. The high pressure roller mill is equipped with advanced wear-resistant materials for the roller surface and an efficient hydraulic control system, which can effectively cope with the hardness and corrosiveness of titanium dioxide ore while ensuring crushing effectiveness.
